6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT. LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING AND TRANSPARENCY
The processing of your personal data will take place in a lawful manner, pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation, as they are acquired by means of the data subject’s consent, and as they are necessary for the performance of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

4. METHODS OF PROCESSING
Users’ personal data will be processed using IT and paper-based tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In this regard, in carrying out the processing operations, the Controller observes specific security measures in order to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, as well as unauthorised access.
The data processed do not fall within those indicated in Article 9 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, namely those revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or data that are genetic, biometric, intended to uniquely identify a natural person, or data concerning health or sex life.
Personal data will be processed by the Controller in full compliance with the principles of purpose limitation, necessity, proportionality and data minimisation, laid down by the Regulation to protect users’ privacy and by other applicable regulations, also found in specific measures of the Italian Data Protection Authority (the “Garante”), and in compliance with the service provided.

5. CATEGORIES OF THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
Access to and processing of data may be carried out only by employees of the company/entity who are authorised to properly manage such information as persons authorised under the direct authority of the Data Controller. Where processing must be carried out on behalf of the controller, the latter shall appoint a data processor who provides sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures so that processing is carried out in compliance with the Regulation and in protection of the rights of the data subject. Your data may also be disclosed to third parties in the event of liquidation, merger, acquisition, joint venture or any other transaction involving the Data Controller. Users’ personal data may also be disclosed to third parties located in Romanian territory or in the territory of another Member State of the European Union or, in any case, a third country with adequate organisational and technical measures ensuring the same level of protection of personal data established by the European Privacy Regulation, which carry out ancillary and instrumental activities to the provision of services, in compliance with Chapter V of the Regulation, Articles 44 et seq. For the purposes of the performance of this contract, a data processor of the acquired personal data is indicated, identifiable in the registers of data processors kept at the controller’s headquarters pursuant to Articles 3 and 5 of this Privacy Policy and Article 28 GDPR.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT. LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING AND TRANSPARENCY
The processing of your personal data will take place in a lawful manner, pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation, as they are acquired by means of the data subject’s consent, and as they are necessary for the performance of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
Pursuant to the following articles of EU Regulation 679/2016, you are always granted the right to withdraw consent given (Article 7(3)); the right to receive information (Articles 13 and 14); the right of access to collected data (Article 15); the right to rectification of collected data (Article 16); the right to erasure of collected data (Article 17); the right to restriction of processing of collected data (Article 18); the right to data portability (Article 20); the right to object to the processing of collected data (Article 21).
Any request relating to the rights and procedures listed above may be made by sending a communication to our dedicated email address indicated in paragraph 7. Contacts. Each request will be handled without delay or, at the latest, within one month of receipt of the request, pursuant to Article 12 of the Regulation. This period may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests submitted. Any such extension will be communicated to the data subject within one month of the request. In any case, the data subject retains the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of an alleged violation of one or more provisions relating to EU Regulation No. 679/2016, expressly mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
The data are stored by the controller for the period strictly necessary to carry out the activities necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship; the data processed for the performance of the contract will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and for a period of 10 years and six months after the termination of the contract, in order to allow the Controller to defend its rights.
